Sea Cave(海燕) which means the birds is nesting their eggs stick at the rock on sea.Just because they always staying on sea all the time and absorbed a lot of moisture content.so that the bird's nest is much more tasty and refreshing.

Edible natural cave bird's nest(燕盏) which means the birds living in the middle of the jungle.Those caves located in Sabah and Sarawak.These bird's nest separated into 2 categories. Which is "Golden yellow"(金丝燕) and Blood（血燕）.

We supply Premium Quality Red, Blood or Bloody Bird's Nest in cup shape. Raw nests were harvested from Sabah.
Bloody nest is considered the super tonic for women, due to it's ability top prevent internal dryness. This type of bird's nest is harvested from the Jungle Cave. Bloody nest is among the most prestige class of edible bird's nest which is best for pregnant women and patients after surgery. It is fully hand-crafted and being processed under most stringent quality control procedures. The type of edible bird's nest is naturally bloody red in color.


The contents of bird nest -
It is said that the Chinese have been eating birds nest soup for some 400 years, in fact some reports even dated back 1,000 years ago to Tang Dynasty in China. Edible bird’s nests are glycoprotein with properties of protein as well as of carbohydrate. The total protein content is about 65%, carbohydrate of about 20% and 0.35% of fat. Other minerals present are calcium, magnesium, and iron. Amino acids isolated from birds’ nests consist of amide, humin, arginine, cystine, histidine and lysine. The total content of mono amino acids is about 6%.
